Price includes wine, passed hors d’oeuvres on arrival, and a four course meal with wines all served with the backdrop of Grammy nominated artists performing in a unique, Historic Acadian setting.

Please dress seasonally. We are located in the Louisiana swamp where conditions are humid at best and soggy at worst. Heels are not recommended as they may be ruined due to the soft ground.

Maison Madeleine utilizes preventative mosquito control, but if you are at all concerned, please feel free to bring your preferred insect repellent.

In the event that Maison Madeleine is forced to cancel an Secret Supper, guests will be offered the opportunity to reschedule for a future date.

All of the chefs invited prescribe to farm to table practices in their menu development in order to take advantage of only fresh, seasonal offerings. For that reason, menus will be released online approximately two weeks in advance of each event.

During our Secret Supper Series, the visiting chefs occupy the guest suites of Maison Madeleine with their families. Therefore, if you're coming in from out of town to attend one of our Secret Suppers, you'll need a place to stay on the night of the event.
