Here’s how it works…
Dinner
5:30-6:15pm Wine and hors d'oeuvres
6:15pm Seating begins
6:30pm First course served
9:00pm Last course served
9:45pm Guests begin to depart
Our Chefs are invited to prescribe to farm to table practices in their menu development in order to take advantage of fresh, seasonal offerings.
For that reason, menus will be sent out the Monday before each event. Please share your allergies when you book your seats.
Tickets
ticket price $375.00 + tax & service fees
Price includes paired wines, passed hors d’oeuvres, and a four course meal all served with the backdrop of GRAMMY recognized artists performing in a unique, Historic Acadian setting.

Accomodations
Our two-bedroom suite is unavailable during our Secret Suppers so that we may accommodate our Chef.
If you are traveling from out of town and have questions, please email annie@maisonmadeleine.com with your desired Secret Supper date.
We are happy to assist you in finding appropriate accommodations.
Attire
Please dress seasonally. We are located in the Louisiana swamp where conditions are humid at best and soggy at worst. Heels are not recommended as they may be ruined due to the soft ground.
In the event that Maison Madeleine is forced to cancel a Secret Supper, guests will be offered the opportunity to reschedule for a future date.
