Here’s how it works…

5:30-6:15pm Wine and hors d'oeuvres
6:15pm Seating begins
6:30pm First course served
8:00pm Last course served
9:00pm Guests begin to depart
All of the chefs are invited to prescribe to farm to table practices in their menu development in order to take advantage of fresh, seasonal offerings. For that reason, menus will be released online approximately two weeks in advance of each event.

Please dress seasonally. We are located in the Louisiana swamp where conditions are humid at best and soggy at worst. Heels are not recommended as they may be ruined due to the soft ground.
In the event that Maison Madeleine is forced to cancel an Secret Supper, guests will be offered the opportunity to reschedule for a future date.
